WINTER 2024 TRAINING

These sessions are designed to teach participants the proper technique of placekicking, punting, and kicking-off. Participants will be taught the fundamentals of drills and skills prior to on-field practice and individualized coaching. Furthermore, these sessions will teach participants other aspects of the kicking game such as strength & conditioning considerations, recovery techniques, mental preparation, and more.
